These terms apply between you and MyMiracle AB when you use the MyMiracle app and services on mymiracle.world. By using the service, you accept these terms.

1. The service

MyMiracle is an app for gathering and sharing a family's memories. We may develop, change or remove features to improve the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login details safe. Child accounts are created and are the responsibility of a guardian.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, texts and other content you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (e.g. to store and display the content to the people you share with). You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, offensive or abusive content.
• Do not use the service to harm, harass or violate others.
• Content that breaks these rules can be reported, blocked and removed.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled under the App Store and Google Play terms. Purchases in the shop at mittmirakel.com are covered by the shop's purchase and delivery terms and applicable consumer law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages and recommend that you keep your own backup of important content.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts. As a consumer, you always have the rights granted by mandatory law.
